You can reschedule your appointment by either viewing the "Appointments" Card within your Patient Portal Home Page, or by visiting the "Appointments" section of the Patient Portal. You may reschedule your appointment by performing the following steps:
1.) Click "Reschedule" on your Appointment
2.) Once the card opens up for you to schedule your appointment, please keep the following in mind: You will default to being scheduled again with your original provider. There is the option to select Any available provider if you are looking for the fastest possible appointment, although this may not necessarily be with your regular provider. Be sure to select the proper date and time.
3.) Once you have entered in your time, click "Continue to Review" and ensure that your appointment is correct. If it is correct, click "Book Appointment". If you'd like to adjust the time again, please click the back arrow in the top left of the card.
