Your follow-up lab order is automatically sent to your email address on file roughly one month before your current prescription is exhausted. Please bring your lab order to your nearest Quest Diagnostics facility where they will draw your labs. Once we have the results back we will reach out to you via email to schedule your follow-up appointment with your provider.
