As long as your new residence is still within the same state as your original prescription, you will just need to update your shipping address by reaching out to our Care Coordination Team, which you can do using this link..
If you have moved to a state that we still service, we will be able to still provide you with treatment. We may require for you to meet with a provider that is licensed within your state first. If you move to a state that is outside of our area of service, then we will be unable to ship any prescription medications to that state.
