The only additional charge(s) that could happen outside of these treatments are:
- If you are prescribed more medication than is included as part of your treatment program. You can view what every program includes at this link.
- If your medication is lost or damaged, or if you require shipments outside of the standard shipping schedule.
- If you are prescribed a medication that is not included as part of your treatment program, such as Clomiphene Citrate.
